REGIONAL Victoria may not see much change to current restrictions if a leaked roadmap document proves correct.
The Herald Sun published a leaked roadmap out of lockdown on Thursday, which claimed regional Victoria would only see two changes from September 14.
It said regional Victorians could be allowed to meet in groups of up to five with another household in public, while people who live alone could nominate another person who would be able to visit them at their home.
Other restrictions, including remote learning, working from home, cafes and restaurants limited to takeaway only and a ban on travel, would remain for at least another two weeks.
However premier, Daniel Andrews said the leaked plan was “out of date” and the state would have to wait until Sunday for the official roadmap to be made public.
