HAMILTON locals will now be able to get all their Indian spice needs locally, with the opening of Singh Spice Hut on Gray Street. 

Owners, Soni and Kiran Bal officially opened the store yesterday and said “it was exciting to share the store” with the Hamilton community.

“We have a large Indian community in Hamilton and if we want to get access to certain spices or ingredients the closest store is in Ballarat or Melbourne just to get to an Indian grocery store,” he said.
