WOODY’S Café will reopen in January under the new management of Sean Young and Lachlan Price.
Although only young, both Sean (22) and Lachlan (20) have had plenty of experience in the industry already, with Sean having worked at Woody’s Café as a barista and waiter, as an apprentice chef at Blue Malt Restaurant and a casual chef at the Geelong Football Club.
Lachlan has had years of experience at the Bunyip Hotel as an apprentice and has also worked at the Caledonian Hotel, Hamilton as head chef in the past.
“We never thought of owning our own café, but ever since we were qualified, it was always a dream for both of us,” Sean told The Spectator.
