A HAMILTON student midwife has helped deliver her former clinical teacher’s baby at Western District Health Service (WDHS).

Sally Bensch gave birth to her first son, Fletcher, whilst on maternity leave from her position at the hospital. The new mother said her son’s delivery came in unique circumstances and she was able to experience the benefits of her teaching firsthand
