LOCALS had been asking for it and now a tattoo studio has finally emerged in Penshurst.
Elly Provolo, or ‘Elly.p.tattoo’ on Instagram, followed her boyfriend to the small country town after enduring Melbourne’s lengthy lockdowns last year.
