RESIDENTS of aged-care facilities have felt the full toll of Victoria’s restrictions, unable to see their loved ones because of visitor restrictions, but it isn’t all doom and gloom within the facilities.

Unable to see loved ones at their own convenience has tested several residents and families, but the team at Western District Health Service (WDHS) has ensured the residents of its four aged-care facilities were still enjoying their days.

Laughter often passes time, and at Grange Residential Hamilton, Birches Hamilton, WDHS Penshurst and Coleraine facilities that’s exactly the motto the staff has taken.
