DUNKELD’S 3 Peaks Festival committee has made the call to cancel its annual event for the second consecutive year, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions.

The event was scheduled for October 16, but to the disappointment of the committee, it couldn’t be held in line with restrictions on public gatherings.
