A MELBOURNE man has told the Spectator Group he believed the woman who tested positive for COVID-19 in Mount Gambier at the weekend, leading to the South Australian border bubble being cut, was at his Melbourne home when she became ill, despite claims she was in Casterton.
Victorian COVID Response commander, Jeroen Weimar, confirmed at yesterday’s press conference that Victorian authorities were alerted to the Mount Gambier woman in her 40s, who the SA Government alleged had been “staying with relatives” in Casterton when she became ill.
