THE bull sale was the highlight of the Warrnambool market on Wednesday with two buyers very competitive pushing prices 10c to 15c higher for beef bulls and 20c to 35c/kg for dairy bulls.

Cows sold equal to easier while the best quality young cattle were unchanged in price and plainer quality were on an easing trend.
