THE Hamilton Evening Branch of the Country Women’s Association (CWA) of Victoria celebrated its 10-year anniversary on Thursday, October 28.

Despite the stormy weather, the branch was able to come together for the first time in several months to celebrate the double-digit birthday at the Hamilton Institute of Rural Learning (HIRL).
