COLERAINE’S St Joseph’s Primary School took part in ‘Socktober’ last month and managed to raise over $200 to go towards a kindergarten in Bangkok which will allow it to offer a safer learning environment to staff and students.

Socktober is an initiative of Catholic Mission Australia which raises awareness and funds for critical projects supporting vulnerable children in developing countries.

The school recognised the importance of caring for the less fortunate and set goals hoping to change lives in the process.
