THE State Government’s controversial pandemic bill passed the upper house on Thursday after a marathon debate which lasted over 21 hours from 3pm Tuesday until 12pm Wednesday.

The bill was then rushed through the lower house after minor adjustments were made before it was finalised at 7pm.
