SUPPLY chain issues are beginning to affect local food bank organisers with the number of products in reserve dwindling and those able to be distributed reduced significantly.

As the usual surplus of food diminishes, Salvation Army Community Development Worker, Mark Thomas said the situation had changed in a way he had not seen before.
