THE State Government has announced an investment in regional recycling infrastructure, with $40.9 million allocated to creating local circular economies and regional jobs.

From Wednesday, grants of up to $500,000 will be available to upgrade regionally significant resource recovery centres for recyclable materials including cardboard, plastic, paper, glass and mixed recyclables.
