ABOUT 35 locals marched on Portland police station on Monday morning, demanding coronavirus vaccines be seized and vaccination centres shut down.
The marchers, part of a 100-strong informal group opposed to the vaccines that meets regularly in Portland, include several who have lost their jobs because they have refused to have the shots.
Led by Brian Rundell, they sought to present their demand to police at the Portland station but it wasn’t accepted after they were told it was a federal police matter.
Similar protests were scheduled to take place elsewhere around the nation and internationally.
Afterwards Mr Rundell said an international court (The International Common Law Court of Justice, which legal experts say is not a recognised court but more akin to a people’s tribunal, though another group has tried to bring a similar case in the International Criminal Court) had proven the vaccines were “a crime against humanity”.
Thus, by administering vaccines the Australian government was “continuing a crime”, Mr Rundell said.
“These vaccines have to be seized and vaccination centres have to be shut down,” he said.
The local group were concerned about the issues around vaccinations.
“We’re all affiliated with other groups worldwide, that’s how come we know this is a worldwide thing,” Mr Rundell said.
