A JOINT project between the Glenelg Shire Council, Casterton Business Development Association and Casterton Garden Club has seen a new art installation join the landscape at the Casterton Kelpie Centre.
The windmill – selected as a unique feature of the Australian landscape – was procured from local windmill contractor, Peter Black and installed at the centre, this week.
Councillor Karen Stephens and garden club members Sue Widdicombe, Marg Martin, Diana Wallace, Ruth Richardson, Marg Gunter, Pamela McIntyre, Dawn Mill, Nancy Robertson, Mary Joyce, Stewart Cook, Robyn Logan, Jenny Robinson, Betty Cook, Rae Bunnik, Dallas Escott and Jean Green, visited the centre to inspect the new feature.
