LAST November’s in-principle decision by Southern Grampians Shire Council to transition from aged and disability services was confirmed after a final report was delivered at an ordinary Council meeting on Wednesday night.

The decision to transition was made after significant reforms were introduced in the aged and disability services industry, making it difficult for Council to meet new requirements without significant change and increased cost to clients.
