LOCAL emergency services were called to the intersection of Young Street and Lewis Street in Hamilton on Tuesday morning after two cars collided.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics attended the scene around 9am after receiving reports of a two-vehicle accident.
“A woman believed to be in her 50s was assessed for minor injuries and was taken to Western District Health Service Hamilton in a stable condition,” the spokesperson said.
Hamilton Police sergeant, Simon Bourke, said the accident involved a 32-year-old female and a 54-year-old female, and was believed to be caused by a driver failing to give way.
