ARMY personnel with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) have been deployed to assist with a COVID-19 outbreak at Eventide Lutheran Homes on Ballarat Road, now in lock down, with 12 residents and 13 staff testing positive.

Lutheran Church of Australia, Victorian District administrator, Stephen Mildred advised that the impacted residents and staff from the aged care facility are generally asymptomatic or report only minimal symptoms.
