THE Casterton Rotary Club has welcomed its new president in Chris Munro as it celebrated its 75th anniversary at last Thursday’s Change-Over Dinner.
Held at the Casterton Golf Club, around 50 people attended the lively event and others who could not make it kept up with an online livestream to see the changeover after Wally Walsh’s second stint as the club’s president.
