AFTER more than 33 years serving the Casterton Memorial Hospital, the legacy left behind by departing chief executive Owen Stephens has been acknowledged and celebrated by the local community which has benefitted greatly from his leadership.

Mr Stephens’ official farewell last Friday welcomed family, friends and colleagues together in recognition of his many achievements in the hospital’s top job.
