MEMBERS of the Balmoral community have advocated in recent years for greater resources for waste management at Rocklands Reserve, especially during peak holiday periods.

The Southern Grampians Shire Council (SGSC) worked alongside Grampians Wimmera Mallee (GWM) Water to ensure skip bins were provided at the site.
