THE Hamilton Transfer Station has recently implemented new guidelines for green waste separation with green waste now to be divided into three categories - large branches and logs, lawn clippings and small branches and shrubs. They will all be processed separately, improving efficiency and ensuring green waste is managed effectively. Residents are encouraged to sort green waste before dropping it off so the Southern Grampians Shire can reuse and repurpose green waste. Photo: SPEC FILE.
