AS of next week, people living in Hamilton and surrounding areas who have completed their cancer treatment will have access to a free eight-week education, exercise and wellness program held at Western District Health Service (WDHS).

Commencing next Wednesday, the program created by Cancer Council Victoria provides weekly one-hour group fitness sessions delivered by experienced exercise specialists, followed by a short education session.
