Wannon MP’s busy week with media and rural concerns

IN the spotlight during the last week was Wannon MP, Dan Tehan, with appearances on both the ABC and Sky News on Monday speaking to various issues, including the Indigenous Voice to Parliament and responding to the Federal treasurer, Jim Chalmers’ essay on economic models in The Monthly.

Then on Thursday in Canberra, he was on the end of a derisive response from the prime minister to a question in parliament concerning energy price rises, referring to an elderly Hamilton couple told they would get significant electricity bill rises this year.
