WANNON Water has proposed to increase its debt rather than pass on increasing costs to its customers, with a draft decision on its proposal released this month by the Victorian Essential Services Commission (ESC).

The Commission’s draft decision; Wannon Water’s 2023 Water Price Review, adopted a revenue requirement of $370.8 million it said would enable Wannon Water to deliver on outcomes valued by customers.
