THE LAMBASSADOR Delegation for 2023, an annual program to boost international demand for Australian lamb, has opened this week in Melbourne.

The Delegation, which began in Japan in 2015, is a collaboration between Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and the Victorian Government and runs this week from May 1-5.
