HAMILTON’S Wastewater Treatment Plant, sometimes referred to as the Hamilton Biosolids Facility by Wannon Water, has been subject to a formal inspection by the Environment Protection Authority Victoria, following multiple complaints from Hamilton residents of a “vile” stench coming from the plant.
