A RANGE of items in this year’s Draft Budget from the Southern Grampians Shire Council (SGSC) has come under fire with a former councillor questioning the rate of return and called for them to “not waste our money”.

Businessman, Paul Battista rang The Spectator to voice his concerns that he has submitted to the council, listing several matters but also calling for the community to take his lead to engage with the economic plans.
