A HAMILTON man who went from “psycho, to calm, in one second” following the arrival of police after seriously assaulting a woman has narrowly escaped jail.
Lachlan Chugg, aged 23, appeared at the Hamilton Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 7, and pleaded guilty to several offences including drug driving charges and multiple assaults.
