LAST week the Hamilton Regional Business Association (HRBA) hosted an R U OK? breakfast at Monivae College with the assistance of the Victorian Government. About 40 business and community members attended on the Thursday morning and Monivae’s Kate Coachman spoke of the four steps of an R U OK? conversation, and the reality that every day can be an R U OK? conversation day.
