HAMILTON Racing Club hosted the inaugural Hamilton Rodeo on Saturday night to a packed crowd, with many patrons denied entry after the venue was deemed to be at capacity. Event organisers were blindsided by the number of people that turned up on the night, especially after online ticket sales were moderate. Some spectators expressed frustration at the stand-less set up, with many unable to see clearly over the crowd. On Sunday, the club said, “we of course will be taking feedback to make improvements for the future and we appreciate your understanding and patience. This truly was our first rodeo.”
