Over 1000 MRI patients in 1 year

THIS MRI machine has impacted the lives of 1011 people in the 12 months since it was installed at Hamilton Base Hospital on January 17 last year. IN the 12 months since it first arrived onsite, over 1000 patients have used the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine at Hamilton Base Hospital.

The arrival was a massive success for many in the community who had campaigned to have closer access to the advanced technology. Until its arrival, patients had to travel to Warrnambool or Ballarat.
