THE south-west has a new cycling king after local rider, Jack Aitken, blitzed the field to win not one, not two, but three winners jerseys at the recent Melbourne to Warrnambool Cycling Classic last weekend.

The very modest rider was reticent to boast about his incredible achievement, collecting jerseys for “King of the Mountains”, the “Sprint Classification”, and as the first local rider across the line to have his most success at the event yet.
