BANQUET Angus stunned attendees at its bull sale last week, breaking the record for the highest-priced bull ever sold at a Victorian auction.

The Mortlake station achieved a total clearance of the 94 bulls it offered and averaged a stunning $19,127, but the highlight was the top-priced bull, Lot 11, Banquet Tom Cruise T220, eventually closing bidding at $230,000.
