Has their contribution had a significant impact in the wool industry in either a particular field or across industry?

Have they been recognised elsewhere (eg: in the media, by other awards, professional / interest groups or through local government) or previously received an award relating to the wool industry?

Members of the WIA include Australian Council of Wool Exporters and Processors, Australian Wool Exchange, AWH Pty Ltd, Australian Wool Innovation, Australian Wool Testing Authority, The National Council of Wool Selling Brokers of Australia, and WoolProducers Australia.
