WDHS new ultrasound

WESTERN District Health Service (WDHS) are pleased that after running several fundraising events last year, they have recently been able to purchase a new ultrasound for the Maternity Clinic. Uses for the new ultrasound has included measuring where the baby is sitting, measuring growth, fluid levels around its heartrate and any diagnostics that might then imply they need a formal ultrasound done at radiology. WDHS wished to pay tribute to the community, volunteers, sponsors and committee members who have helped to make the Maternity Clinic’s new ultrasound a reality through their generous support.
