HAMILTON’S Noah Mulley, 18 has been working part time in both the kitchen and café area at the Hamilton Base Hospital Green Bean Café where he is completing a Certificate Three in Hospitality with Westvic.
Noah’s role as a food services assistant covers such things as customer service, patient’s food preparation, vending management, cleaning and food safety.
The Green Bean Café at Western District Health Service offers healthy nutritious meals to staff and members of the local community.
When asked what he enjoyed about his work, Noah quickly replied, “The people around me are really good to work with.
“It can be challenging sometimes, but all in all it’s a good place to work,” he said.
Noah has also been the sporty type who enjoys playing basketball and footy in his spare time.
A past Monivae student, he has been keen to earn and save money for future overseas travel in Europe but plans to return down under.
