THE Moyne Shire Council (MSC) has funded a $100,000 Hawkesdale Pool upgrade project to fully re-fibreglass both the toddler and main pool with new line markings and slip-resistant surfaces. This has replaced the existing cracked and peeling lining that was no longer watertight, with sharp edges in spots.
