A NEW housing estate in Hamilton is one step closer to reality as Council enters into a sales contract for the land at Lakes Edge.

Melbourne based company Piece Property Pty Ltd will develop Lakes Edge as a master-planned community, offering a range of housing product, to relieve pressure on the region’s housing market as well as supply of a much-needed childcare facility.
