THIS year marks previous property investment business operator, Dennis Heslin’s second year living in Penshurst after seeking a country life, having lived in the Mornington Peninsula for 12 years.

When asked by The Spectator if he has enjoyed living in the Shire, Mr Heslin’s response was, “I love it.”
