A MICROBIOLOGIST, research scientist, volunteer and mother, Glenthompson’s Dr Jayne Manning was excited to expand her experience and run in this year’s Southern Grampians Shire Council elections, offering evidence-based decision-making.

Growing up on the Mornington Peninsula, Dr Manning studied science in Melbourne majoring in microbiology, before completing a Masters degree in biotechnology.
