100 YEARS of precision agriculture will be displayed at the Hamilton Pastoral Museum’s Rally on October 19-20 at Hiller Lane, Hamilton.

The event will showcase a time when tractors began to replace horses for pulling trailing ploughs and cultivators or hauling loads in the early years of the last century, a time when the horse was still the preference for the precision work required in vegetable and flower growing.
