Schooling and sport haven’t been the same for India Ross during the 2020-2021 rowing season, but securing bronze on debut last week made things a whole lot better for the Year 9 The Hamilton and Alexandra College (THAC) student.

Debuting in the single scull mid-way through Saturday’s Victoria Junior Girls State Championships, nerves weren’t the only thing on Ross’ mind, discovering early, the trick to the Barwon River course.
