INTERNATIONALLY recognised scientists have confirmed the benefits of red meat and livestock production in nine scientific research papers published on Tuesday in the world-renowned journal, Animal Frontiers.

The scientists said that red meat and livestock production play a critical role in society, and argued that animal agriculture is key to the challenges around climate change and global food security.
