A CASUAL chat in the pub with a mate led to a new hobby and career interests for Hamilton’s Kyle Goodwin.

The 33-year-old was talking with a friend about seven years ago and soon after they started getting involved in greyhound racing.

With considerable success across the years, Goodwin said it was something a bit different, which he enjoyed.

“Me and a mate were sitting at a pub and we thought ‘why not give it a go’,” he said.

“My mate isn’t involved anymore but I have kept it going.”
