GOLD medals are hard to win at any time, but Hamilton’s Steph Farquharson has collected a victory at the Lents Taekwondo Worldwide Sports Online Open in one of the first major tournaments following the coronavirus pandemic.

The online event meant people were required to submit pre-recorded videos for judging with the Palace Martial Arts representative shocked at how well she did.
