THE Mininera and District Football League (MDFL) is taking back administrative control of operations in 2021.

The MDFL will spread its wings in 2021, moving away from AFL Western District’s (AFL WD) Regional Administration Centre (RAC) with the decision finalised on Wednesday.

MDFL president, John Box said it was disappointing to move away from AFL WD, but believed it was the best way forward for the league.
