THE Hamilton and Alexandra College (THAC) rowers travelled to Ballarat’s Lake Wendouree last weekend to compete in Rowing Victoria’s (RV) first regatta for the 2020-2021 season.

RV Schools Ballarat Regatta was held under tight COVID-19 safe restrictions with seven schools in attendance.

Race one for Saturday featured THAC students, Nina Pern and Rebecca Koch, coach by Simon Ross in the Preliminary Female Open Double-Single Scull, against Horsham city single sculler, Maggie Heinrich and Damascus sculler, Jessica McKay.
