THE final campdraft for the region is in action this weekend with the Hamilton Campdraft taking place at Gazette.

The action got underway yesterday with drafters travelling from all over Victoria and interstate to compete.

Secretary of the event, Nikky McMahon said it’s been a long time coming for the Hamilton Campdraft, especially after having the event postponed.

“We had to postpone our original event which was in February, so we are extremely grateful to be going ahead this weekend,” McMahon told The Spectator.
